Mindfulness is a quality of attention you can bring to any moment of your life. Mindfulness Meditation is an evidence-based practice (or a tool) we can use to train our attention to notice each moment.
In noticing each moment we are fully present to our lives. We all have the ability to train our attention using human qualities of curiosity, compassion and non-judgement. 
It is my philosophy to teach both formal and informal practices to support your personal challenges and goals. Each session is designed to your needs and group sessions cover a relevant topic relating to today's challenges. 
Scientific studies of Mindfulness have shown these techniques are effective in reducing stress, anxiety, and cultivating a sense of clarity and well-being.
