It’s less about perfect form and more about being present in the moment. Practicing mindful movement can help reduce stress, improve flexibility, and boost your mood. It’s a gentle way to reconnect with your body and calm your mind.
I am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher and can guide a practice that addresses the abilities and challenges of your body. The combination of meditation and movement reconnects the mind and body. Other forms of mindful movement include Tai Chi, Qigong, Walking Meditation, Stretching, Dancing, Swimming, Breath-led movement.
